Allowed Connections per Subscription

Each subscription allows only 1 connection. Using more than 1 connection will result in your subscription and IP being suspended by the provider with no refund.

Channels and VOD are subject to change, update, or removal at any time and without prior notice. Any change in the categories or content can happen at any time. Filoplex.com does not have control over the content provided, EPG, or any updates made to them.

Unacceptable Usage Behavior

Filoplex.com does not allow any type of re-streaming, transmission, or distribution of any content provided.

Quality of the Content Provided

Due to the nature of digital services and factors such as Internet Service Provider, Internet speed, bandwidth, streaming sources, and other variables, we cannot guarantee that any content will be available 100% of the time. Issues such as buffering, freezing, or content not working may occur. Ensure you have a high-speed internet connection, and that your ISP allows digital services to reduce the possibility of issues. Please note that sharing your subscription will result in instant termination without prior notice.

Proxy / VPN Usage Policy

Using Proxy / VPN applications or servers is not allowed and can result in service suspension with no refund.

Unsupported Countries

Our service works anywhere in the world as long as your Internet Service Provider does not block our services.

Data Usage Charges

The client is responsible for any expenses or charges related to their data usage or internet fees.

Any information or data provided must be accurate. You must be the owner or have the right to use the payment method used to purchase any product from us.

We reserve the right to immediately end or limit your use of services or access to content at any time, without prior notice or liability, if Filoplex.com determines, in its sole discretion, that you have breached any of the terms and conditions or violated any law or regulation over any content provided.

The Filoplex logo and other Filoplex trademarks, photos, written content, are owned by Filoplex. All of Filoplex's trademarks cannot be copied, downloaded, shared, or used in any manner.
